Los Arcos – Animas – Quimixto

If you are looking to combine adventure, landscapes and three paradisiacal places, then this tour is for you. Towards the south of Puerto Vallarta you will find Las Ánimas y QuimixtoA couple of typical fishing villages that still preserve their charm and can only be reached by boat. A little before arriving, there are the iconic Arcos de Mismaloya, a protected area where it is possible to snorkel to observe a large number of marine species.

Our boat leaves in the morning to visit these enigmatic places in the south of the bay. During the trip, you will have the privilege of observing all of Puerto Vallarta from the sea and our guides will explain a little about its history, climate, traditions and best places to visit.

Upon arrival at Los Arcos de Mismaloya, our passengers will be able to dive into the sea to snorkel and see a large number of colorful fish. After this activity, two groups are formed: those who stay at Las Animas and those who go to Quimixto.

While those who go to Quimixto will have the opportunity to tour the town and visit a waterfall that can be reached on foot or horseback (some local outfitters provide this service), those who stay at Las Animas can enjoy up to three hours of sand, sea and excellent restaurant service*.

Upon returning from Quimixto, the people who stayed in Las Animas get on the boat to start enjoying the national open bar and we wait for those who went to the waterfall to eat and together in Las Animas return to Puerto Vallarta (during the trip, games, raffles, dances and a great party atmosphere are organized).
