You will interact with two Dolphins through a series of meaningful and entertaining activities designed to create unforgettable memories and establish an emotional connection through the senses. Your adventure begins with a warm welcome from the Dolphins, followed by an educational introduction where you will discover fascinating facts about Dolphin anatomy, how they communicate with each other, and their wonderful swimming and camouflage abilities.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

- Tips are not included nor mandatory; it is your choice to reward our staff’s hard work.
- Locker service is included with the purchase of your Dolphin program; however, you must leave a $50 MXN deposit, which will be refunded upon returning the locker key in the same condition it was received.
IMPORTANT:
- Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your experience, as you will receive a prior orientation.
- For safety reasons, women who are 5 months pregnant or more cannot participate in any of our water activities.
- Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and our beloved Dolphins.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
- Infants (1-5 years old) and children up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft tall must be accompanied by 2 paying adults.
- Children 6-12 years old taller than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and shorter than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft can participate accompanied by 1 paying adult.
- Children 13 years and older taller than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft must pay an adult ticket and may participate alone.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory during your experience.
