WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
- Transportation
- Photo and video package not included.
- Tips are not included nor mandatory; it is your choice to reward our staff’s hard work.
- Locker service is included with the purchase of your Dolphin encounter program; however, you must leave a $50 MXN deposit, which will be refunded upon returning the locker key in the same condition it was received.
IMPORTANT:
- Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your swim experience, as you will receive a prior orientation.
- For safety reasons, women who are 5 months pregnant or more cannot participate in any of our water activities.
- Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and our beloved Dolphins.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
- Infants (1-5 years old) and children up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft tall must be accompanied by 2 paying adults.
- Children 6-12 years old taller than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and shorter than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft can participate accompanied by 1 paying adult.
- Children 13 years and older taller than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft must pay an adult ticket and may swim alone.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory during your experience.
