Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund.

  2. Rescheduling: Date changes can be made prior to the scheduled tour day and remain valid for up to 12 months from the original booking date.

  3. Transfers: Your booking is transferable to another person, provided you supply the new guest’s name in advance. (We want you to enjoy the experience, so we offer full flexibility to modify or transfer your reservation).

Discounted Bookings & Special Promotions

  1. Rescheduling: Date changes are permitted prior to the tour day and are valid for up to 12 months from the original date (subject to availability).

  2. Non-Refundable: Purchases made under special promotions or discounts are non-refundable, as these rates are subject to preferential conditions.

  • Confirmation: Upon completing your reservation on this website, you will receive a confirmation email containing all tour details.

  • Check Your Inbox: If you do not see the email in your main inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Avoid “No-Shows”: Please carefully verify the date, time, and meeting point listed on your ticket. Failure to arrive at the indicated location and time will be considered a “No-Show,” and no changes or refunds will be permitted.

  • Date Format: Please note that in Mexico, dates are formatted as DD/MM/YY (Day/Month/Year).

  • Weather Conditions:

    • Rainy Season: Puerto Vallarta’s rainy season runs from June to October. Rain typically occurs in the late afternoon or evening, outside our regular operating hours.

    • Standard Operations: Our tours continue to operate under cloudy skies, light rain, or moderate winds, provided conditions remain within our strict safety standards.

    • Severe Weather: In the event of thunderstorms or adverse weather conditions, we will offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cruise Passenger Policy

“No Port, No Pay”: If your cruise ship is unable to dock due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a 100% refund of the amount paid.
